About the Villa

• Embrace the spaciousness of our 4BHK villa with a private pool, conveniently located near Baga beach and the famous Hammerz club.

• Enjoy exclusive amenities, including a private garden and pool, comfortable accommodation for 4 guests (plus 2 more with extra mattresses), a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a flat-screen TV, vintage-style walls, and an inbuilt sofa. The two bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms, luxury-sized beds, and ample storage in large closets.

• Take advantage of our housekeeping services, with daily cleaning included. Request towel and linen changes every alternate day for added convenience during stay

• Air Conditioning in all bedroom as well as living room.

House Rules

• Check-in: After 2 PM and Check-out: Before 11 AM

• Only registered guests are allowed; no additional visitors or day guests.

• Parties and loud music are not permitted beyond 10 PM.

• Alcohol consumption is allowed in moderation.

• Strictly no smoking inside the villa/rooms.

• Illegal activities, including drug use or possession of firearms, are prohibited and will be reported to authorities.

• The pool is unsupervised; children must always be accompanied by an adult.

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; management is not liable for any loss or damage.

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, Driving License, or Passport) is mandatory for all guests at check-in.

• Violation of these rules may result in cancellation of stay without a refund.

•Security Deposit: ₹3,000 per villa (refundable).

Cancellation Policy

• If booking is cancelled 21 days before checkin date, guests are entitled to a full refund. While, 50% refund if cancelled between 21-11 days before checkin date

• Any cancellations made less than 11 days before your checkin date, would not be refunded.

• If the Guest has made a partial payment, they are entitled to no refund whatsoever.

• The guest is not entitled to any refund while rescheduling is possible*

• Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi (14th–15th March 2025), Independence Day (15th August 2025), Diwali (18th–28th October 2025), and Christmas & New Year (24th December 2025–2nd January 2026), will not be accepted.

Things to Know Before Your Stay

• You will be staying in one of our five exclusive 3-bedroom villas.

• Multiple villas can be booked for larger groups.

• Each room includes an ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, private galleries, and WiFi.

• During the monsoon season, power outages and internet disruptions may occur due to weather conditions. While inverter backups are in place, fluctuations are beyond our control.

• Our staff will be available to assist, and power backup will be activated promptly. To ensure efficiency, please avoid using high-power appliances like air conditioners and geysers during outages.
